2. What data we collect and why
- Order data (name, address, email, phone, purchase history): to manage your purchase, shipping, invoicing and after-sales support. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Account and Bellora Club data (email, name, points earned): to manage your account and the loyalty programme you have joined. Legal basis: performance of the contract and consent.
- Marketing email and quiz answers: to send you news, discounts and personalised recommendations, only if you give us your express consent. You can withdraw it at any time from the unsubscribe link in every email. Legal basis: consent.
- Browsing data and cookies: for the store to work, for analytics and personalisation, according to your choice in the cookie banner. Legal basis: consent (except strictly necessary technical cookies).
3. Recipients
Your data is hosted on the Shopify platform (which may process data outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses). We share it only with the providers needed to serve you: payment processors, carriers and logistics providers who prepare and ship your order (some located outside the EU), and email marketing tools. We never sell your data.
4. Retention
We keep order data for the legal tax periods (minimum 4-6 years). Marketing data, until you withdraw your consent. Account data, for as long as you keep it active.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to bellorashop@gmail.com and identifying yourself. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Security
The store runs over an encrypted SSL connection and payments are processed through secure PCI-DSS certified gateways. Bellora never has access to your full card details.
