Where we ship
We ship throughout Spain: mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. For now we don't ship outside Spain.
Delivery times
We prepare your order in 1-2 business days and it arrives in 2-12 business days depending on the product.
Honesty first: we work with local and international warehouses so we can offer a wide selection at a good price. That means some orders take a little longer than a store with a local warehouse — in return, we curate every selection and keep you informed at all times with tracking.
Costs
- FREE shipping on orders from €49.
- Below that: €3.99.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you'll receive an email with the tracking number. If you haven't received that email within 5 business days, write to us and we'll look into it personally.
Customs
All our prices include VAT. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which have their own tax regime, may be subject to local import taxes (IGIC or IPSI) payable by the recipient.
