14 days to change your mind
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it, with no need to justify (right of withdrawal, EU regulation). In addition, if the product arrives damaged or defective, we always cover it — no strange deadlines, no small print.
Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics (serums) or ones with a broken seal are only accepted if defective.
- Electrical devices may be tested as you would in a physical store; if you decide to return them, include all accessories.
How to return — 3 steps
- Write to us at bellorashop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason (optional).
- We'll send you the instructions and return address within 48 business hours. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for a defective product or our error (in which case we pay it, or simply don't ask you to return the product).
- Once we receive and check the package, we refund within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method.
Damaged or incorrect product
Send us a photo of the product and packaging along with your order number. In most cases we won't ask you to return anything: we resend a new one or refund directly.

Chose the wrong model or colour? The fastest route is to process the return of the item and place a new order — that way you don't wait for packages to cross.
